摘要
本文采用纸上层析法鉴定赖氨酸有机锗营养液中的无机锗。展开剂:正丁醇:吡啶:水(1+1+1)。展开12cm,就能较好地分离赖氨酸和无机锗。在同一层析纸上先喷雾茚兰酮放在80℃干燥箱中5min,赖氨酸显蓝紫色斑点R_f=0.1,最低检出量1μg。再喷雾苯芴酮溶液,无机锗呈现粉红色斑点,R=0.45,最低检出量1μg。此法能鉴定赖氨酸和无机锗混合液中的无机锗。
This determination takes the formula Spreading agent: butanol,pyridine water (1+1+1)- When the spreading reaches 12cm, Lysine and inorganic germanium are well separated. On the same paper ninhydtln is light-sprayed and left in a desiccator for 5 minutes . The Lysine is seen as purple-blue
