非污染生态环境影响评价的若干问题探讨

A study of landscape ecology in Non-pollution EIA

在非污染生态环境影响评价中,景观生态学的概念框架和理论方法贯穿了始末。但由于出现的时间较短,景观生态学和非污染生态影响评价都需要不断地补充和完善。本文结合实际例子,指出了常规生态环评中的一些不足之外,并对评价范围的确定与评价尺度的选取、定性与定量的灵活性、公众参与的特殊性、管理方式的适应性等问题进行了探讨。

The concept and method of landscape ecology are used in Non-pollution EIA. landscape ecology and Non-pollution EIA need to be improved, because they are young. This thesis combining with examples has studied the choincing of the scape and scale, the flexibinity of quantilative analysis and qualizative analysis,the specialization of the public participation attending,adaptation of management.
