摘要
目的:从组织学上观察外源性供氧对兔急性脊髓损伤的影响。方法:采用Allen's法于兔L2椎体水平造成急性脊髓损伤。对照组不予治疗,治疗组分为三组分别在伤后30、60及90分钟开始给予外源性供氧治疗,于伤后四周取伤段脊髓进行组织学观察。结果:伤后30及60分钟治疗组髓鞘结构大致正常,神经元及神经纤维变性、坏死、灰质出血范围轻于对照组。结论:外源性供氧能保护脊髓的结构,从而减轻或防止继发性损伤。
Objective:To investigate the effects of exogenous oxygen treatment on the change of histology after spinal cord injured in rabbits.Methods:A injury model of L2 spinal cord in was produced by the Allen's method .The control group received no treatment . Exogenous oxygen was administered at 30, 60 and 90 minutes posttraumaticly. Four weeks after experiment rabbite spinal cord was sectioned and the ultrastural histopathologic changes werw observed.Result:In 30 and 60 minutes experimental groups, the morphological structur of myelin sheath show overall normal, degeneration and necrosis of spinal cord which was caused by the spasm and bleeding was milder than the control and 90 minutes experimental groups.Conclusion:Early exogenous oxygen could protect the normal structure of spinal nerve cell, alleviating and preventing the seecondary injury through delivering oxygen to the tissure inside and adjacent to experimentally injuried spinal cord segments.
