摘要
开展课程建设和课程评估工作是保证高校人才培养质量的有效策略,而制定科学的课程评估方案则是高校开展课程建设的核心问题。当前课程评估工作中存在对评估缺乏正确的认识、指标的封闭性、过程缺乏规范性、结论缺乏动态性等方面的问题。因此,课程评估方案的设计应遵循科学性、目标性、基础性、信度和效度、定性与定量相结合、以评促建的原则。
Carrying out curriculum design and curriculum evaluation will ensure the quality of developing students in institutions of higher learning,and designing a scientific curriculum evaluating scheme will be the core in the curriculum design in the institutions.At present the defects of the curriculum evaluation are:lack of correct understanding of the evaluation,the norms being close,lack of standard operating process and the results being static.There fore,designing a curriculam evaluating scheme should operate on the principle that the scheme should be designed scientifically and basi cally with clear goal,and the scheme should also be designed validly,qualitatively and quantatively,hence,the evaluation will promote the curriculum design.
