Establish the New Idiea to Operate Universities and Speed up the Process of University’s Logistic Socialization

高校后勤社会化改革滞后、后勤服务模式落后、后勤负担沉重的状况已经成为制约高等教育发展的“瓶颈”,必须进一步推进并尽快完成高校后勤社会化改革。因此,在正确理念的指导下,遵循市场经济和高等教育发展的客观规律,树立经营高校新理念,就成为高校加快后勤社会化进程所必须解决的首要问题。

The slow reform of university’s logistic socialization,the lag of logistic form and state of logistic over burden are becoming the bottleneck factor to restrict the high education to develop. We must further prompt and complete the reform of university’s logistic socialization as soon as possible.So,under the right direction,following the market economy and high education developing objective rule and establishing the new idea to operate universities are becoming the first issue to be solved in the process of speeding up university’s logistic socialization.
