This article briefly introduces the descriptive language for distributive program——NEWCOM. It begins by illustrating the patterns and methods of NEWCOM application.Secondly,it puts forward the basic idea of system designing and the realization of the conversion mechanism.It also introduces the technology necessary for the division of function molds and its realization. The technology exploits middle code to achieve the distributive application program,forming NEWCOM text under the support of knowledge base.The language used for the program is VC++.
