摘要
入世后,学报也势必或迟或早地走进国际环境参与国际间的竞争.本文就学报面对国际竞争的优势及存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应对策与建议.
After the entry of WTO, the journal also inevitably sooner or later will enter the international environment, participating international competition. This article has carried on the discussion on the journal facing the international competition superiority and the existence question, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
