摘要
高校管理创新贯穿高校发展的整个过程,渗透到高校发展的各个环节。高校管理创新就是根据社会环境的不断变化,重新整合人力、资产和科技要素,培养人才,提供新的成果和社会服务,以满足经济社会发展要求,提高自身效益并实现社会责任目标的过程。高校管理创新的途径主要包括创建学习型组织、创新管理理念、管理体制、管理模式等。
University's management innovation runs through the whole course of university's development, permeating through each link that the university develops. The management innovation of the university combines the manpower, assets and scientific and technological key elements according to the constant change of the social environment, trains talents and offers the new achievement and community service in order to meet the socio-economic development demand, improves its own benefit and realizes the goal of communing responsibility. The way of university's management innovation includes establishing the studying type organization, innovation of management idea, management system and management mode, etc.
