介绍了SiemensS7系列PLC、TP270触摸屏和Micromaster420变频器在制药厂包衣机控制系统中的应用,从硬件和软件两个方面介绍了系统的设计,并着重阐述了TP270的软件流程和连续型PID功能块。在实际应用中,该系统提高了产品质量和生产效率,证明了设计的合理性。
This paper introduces the application of Siemens S7 series PLC in pharmacy packer control system. The design of hardware and software is described, and emphatically the software flow of TP270 Touch Panel and the continuous PID function.It enhances the product quality and the production efficiency,demonstrates the design's rationality.
