介绍了捣固炼焦技术的基本原理,论述了天宏焦化公司在应用这一技术过程中,对原料煤的选择及配比、煤饼成型、炼焦工艺、环境保护、捣固设备、组合型集气管系统的压力调节、捣固炼焦系统微机自动化集中控制系统等方面进行了改进、研究与开发,收到了炼焦煤源拓宽、焦炭产量高且质量好、既保护环境、企业又有显著经济效益的多重效果,并大大促进了捣固炼焦技术的发展。

Basic principles of stamp-coking introduced; in relation to the application of this technology at Tianhong Coking & Chemistry Co. ,discussed were improvement, investigation and development on such items as selection and proportion of feed coals, coal brequetting, coking process, environmental protection, stamping equipment, pressure regulation in compound manifold system,and centralized,automatic control system by microcomputer; attained was multi-performance, including enlargement of coking coal resources, higher and better coking production, less impact to environment and pronounced economic benefit;the development of stamp-coking technology thus promoted.
