摘要
论述了中国发展循环经济的必要性与紧迫性,并从循环经济立法、科学技术进步、全民教育宣传3个角度出发,研究了德国发展循环经济的成功做法与相关政策经验,并对发展我国的循环经济提出了针对性建议。
It was demonstrated that it's essential and imperative to develop circular economy in China. The author analyzed the experiences and related policies of the development of the circular economy in Germany from the view of legislation, science, and education respectively, and put forward some constructive suggestions to the question of the circular economy development in China.
