State Development and Reform Commission Has Approved Construction of 1.0 Mt/a Ethylene Unit at Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company

The State Development and Reform Commission has recently approved the construction of a 1.0 Mt/a class ethylene unit at Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company. This project will cover 12 units including a 1.0 Mt/a ethylene plant, a 500 kt/a ethylene glycol unit, a 450 kt/a PE unit, and other units with total investment amounting to around 22.38 billion RMB.
