细胞ABCA1/apoA—Ⅰ转脂途径的研究进展
摘要
三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运子(ABCA1)促进胆固醇流向载脂蛋白A1(ap0A—Ⅰ)是调控细胞胆固醇代谢平衡的一个重要环节,特别是在肝细胞和动脉粥样硬化斑块内的巨噬泡沫细胞,apoA—Ⅰ/ABCA1转脂途径决定了胆固醇逆向转运的效率。apoA—Ⅰ与ABCA1触发的信号通路能够稳定膜上ABCA1,为抗动脉粥样硬化(AS)药物设计提供潜在靶点。
