cdx1、cdx2在结肠癌中的研究进展

摘要
近年来研究结肠癌增生，分化的分子机制成为热点。cdx1、cdx2是控制果蝇尾部形态的一种同源异型基因，在人类结肠中呈特异性表达，并调节结肠上皮细胞增生、分化，在结肠癌的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。本文综述近年来有关cdx1、cdx2在结肠癌中作用的研究进展。
