细胞内胆固醇流出的不同途径及在胆固醇逆转运过程中的相对重要性 被引量:2

摘要 细胞内胆固醇的流出对维持细胞胆固醇平衡、促进胆固醇逆转运及抗动脉粥样硬化都起着非常重要的作用。目前已知的细胞内胆固醇流出主要有三条途径:(1)水溶性扩散;(2)清道夫受体B1(scavenge receptor class—BI,SR—BI)介导的胆固醇流出;(3)三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体A1(ATP—binding cassette transporter AI,ABCA1)介导的胆固醇流出。现就这三条途径的作用机制、影响因素及它们在胆固醇逆转运过程中的相对重要性作一综述。
