植入年龄对语前聋儿童人工耳蜗植入者言语识别率的影响

The Influence of Age on Speech Perception of Prelinguistic Deafness with Children after Cochlear Implants

目的研究以汉语普通话为母语的语前聋儿童人工耳蜗植入术后1年的言语识别率,并且评估植入年龄对植入效果的影响。方法将研究对象按照植入年龄分为<3岁组和≥3岁组,比较两者在植入1年时闭合式言语识别率有无差别。结果 <3岁组术后1年的言语识别率得分优于≥3岁组(P<0.05)。结论早期植入人工耳蜗可以有效改善语前聋儿童言语识别率。

Purpose To investigate whether the age of the child at implantation could affect the acquisition of speech perception of prelingnistic deafened children.Methods All the patients are divided into two groups:Group Ⅰ:Children implanted at<3 years old,Group Ⅱ:Children implanted at≥3 years old.The influence of age at implantation on the speech reception scores after timplantation is analyzed by the t-test.Results It is obvious that children implanted at<3 years old have better performance than those implanted at≥3 years old(P<0.05).Conclusion Congenitally deaf children should receive cochlear implants as early as possible to improve the development of language skills at their early stage.
