老年性聋发病机理研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 老年性聋已成为现代社会最为常见的慢性疾病之一。老年性聋可分为感音型、神经型、血管纹型、耳蜗传导型、混合型和未确定型。老年性聋的组织病理学表现为毛细胞和螺旋神经节细胞的变化,同时观察到螺旋韧带的病理变化,主要为纤维细胞的变性。耳蜗外侧壁上纤维细胞变性被认为是老年性聋发生的病理基础之一。进一步的研究表明,老年性聋的产生同氧反应产物的积聚导致的线粒体损伤有关。
