摘要
目的建立豚鼠哮喘模型。方法白色雄性豚鼠24只,随机分作2组(正常组、模型组),每组12只。本研究应用卵清白蛋白(OVA)致敏豚鼠,再用低浓度OVA雾化少量多次连续吸入激发哮喘模型。观测哮喘模型的常规指标。结果模型组的指征基本与临床症状相符;肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数明显升高;豚鼠肺组织病理结果:模型组动物的多个支气管旁可见嗜酸性粒细胞片状浸润,所有模型无死亡。结论本实验建立的豚鼠哮喘模型是成功的、稳定的。
Objective To establish a guinea pig asthma model. Methods 2 4 white male guinea pigs were randomly divided into two groups (normal group and model group, 12 per group). The guinea pigs in model group were treated with OV A sensitizer to induce allergic reaction, then continuously stimulated with low dose of OVA aerosol until the development of asthma symptom. The index for asth ma model was measured. Results The model group was confirmed to have clinical s ymptoms of asthma. The total count of Eos increased clearly in lung. The patholo gical study of model groups showed that many bronchus were infiltrated by Eos. Conclusion We have successfully established a stable model of asthma in guinea pig.
