广州市部分地铁站空调冷却塔水军团菌污染状况调查 被引量:18

摘要 目的了解广州市部分地铁站军团菌污染状况,以便找出相应的防制对策。方法对2004年3~11月广州市部分地铁站的81宗空调冷却塔水样进行军团菌的分离培养与鉴定。结果81宗样品中分离出39株军团菌,军团菌阳性检出率为48.1%。军团菌检出率在不同季节差异有显著性(P<0.05),其中6~9月份夏季军团菌检出率最高,为78.6%,而其它季节检出率则相对较低。结论广州市部分地铁站空调冷却塔水军团菌污染状况较为严重,对其危险性应引起高度重视,并进行有效控制,以防止军团病的爆发流行。 Objective To find out the situation of Legionellae contaminat ion in the cooling water of air conditioners in subway stations in Guangzhou and to formulate prevention and control strategies. Method During March to Novembe r 2004, a total of 81 water samples were taken from the air conditioners in some subway stations in Guangzhou and tested for Legionellae. Results 39 strains of Legionellae were detected and the positive rate was 48.1%. There was a signific ant difference in the positive rate in different seasons. The positive rate was the highest in summer (78.6%, Jun to September) and relatively low in other seas ons. Conclusions The situation of Legionellae contamination in the cooling wate r of air conditioners in subway stations in Guangzhou was serious with a potenti al of outbreak of legionnaires' disease. Efforts should be made to formulate effective control and prevention strategies.
