摘要 目的调查某校发生的一起部分学生胃肠道不适原因。方法对141例报告病例进行排查,确诊80例病人,潜伏期为6.5~47h不等,平均为15.5h。临床表现为发热、继以腹泻、呕吐等消化道症状,白细胞总数及中性粒细胞升高等特征。结果检验样本不同程度检出肠炎沙门氏菌。结论调查结果表明这是一起由肠炎沙门氏菌污染肉松包等糕点引起的食源性疾病。 Objective To investigate the cause of gastrointestinal distre ss of some students in a college of Guangzhou. Method 80 patients were confirme d with foodborn disease from 141 reported cases. The incubation period was 6.5~ 47 hours, with an average of 15.5 hours. The main symptom was first to have feve r and followed with diarrhea and vomiting. The white blood cell and neutrophil c ount was raised. Result Salmonella enteritis was detected in the most of the sa mples which were collected on site. Conclusion The investigation testified that this is an outbreak of foodborne disease caused by the food contamination with Salmonella enteritis.
