The Effect of Indoor Air Pollution on the Leveles of Serum Cortisol, T_3 and T_4 Before and After Aerobic Exercise

摘要 目的探讨室内空气污染对人体有氧运动前、后血清皮质醇(C)、T3、T4影响。方法在不同室内空气质量的运动场馆中进行有氧运动,测试受试者在有氧运动前、后血清皮质醇、T3、T4的变化。结果实验组在馆内暴露30min后,血C、T3、T4都极显著高于对照组(男生T3除外);进行相同的有氧运动负荷后,实验组C、T3、T4的增幅也比对照组高,而且C和T4显著或极显著高于对照组。结论在运动时应考虑空气环境因素对人体身体机能的影响。 Objective To probe into the effect of indoor air pollution on the levels of serum cortisol?T3 and T4 before and after aerobic exercise. Meth od Levels of serum cortisol, T3 and T4 were measured for the students before an d after doing aerobic exercise in different indoor gyms with different air quali ty. Results After staying in the indoor gyms for 30 min, the levels of serum co rtisol, T3 and T4 were higher in the study group than the control group, except the T3 level of the schoolboys. After doing the same loading of aerobic exercis e, the levels of serum cortisol, T3 and T4 were significantly higher in the stud y group than the control group, particular of the cortisol and T4 levels. Conclu sion We should aware of the air quality of the indoor gyms when we are doing ae robic exercise.
