摘要
针对2205双相不锈钢材料,研究了线能量对其焊接接头耐蚀性和冲击韧度的影响,推荐出了12.7mm壁厚材料的焊接线能量范围,且用于某天然气管道工程现场焊接。
The effect of heat input energy on corrosion and toughness of 2205 duplex stainless steel (DSS) welding joint was studied. Heat input energy for welding 12.7mm wall thickness DSS was recommend and was used to weld some natural transportation pipeline project in site.
