摘要
应用行星轮系传动效率的通用计算机公式,推导出了双曲柄环板式针摆行星传动的传动效率计算公式.为了证明其理论的正确性,又进行了实验研究.样机效率试验结果与计算结果基本符合.试验结果证明,这种新型传动不仅具有高的承载能力,还有高的传动效率.
From the general formula for calculating the efficiency of planetary gear trains, the formula for calculating the efficiency of the double crank ring-plate-type pin-cycloidal gear planetary drive is derived. An experiment is conducted to prove the theory. The experimental efficiency value of a sample set of the new-type drive agrees with the calculated one. It shows that the new-type drive is of not merely high bearing capacity, but also quite high efficiency.
