摘要
目的 分析通过因特网开展性教育对提高高中学生性与生殖健康知识的效果。方法 在上海市某区的两所高中对所有高一学生开展干预研究,干预组和对照组分别为2 78和35 0名。通过因特网上“青春飞扬”网站对干预组进行10个月的性与生殖健康教育。结果 干预前干预组和对照组的性与生殖健康知识总分和各分类知识得分无统计学差异。干预后干预组明显高于对照组;对各分类知识的绝大部分问题,干预组的答对率较对照组有明显提高。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,在调整了各种混杂因素后,干预活动显著增加了高中生的生殖健康知识;各分类知识得分中,干预对生殖生理知识的作用最为明显。结论 通过因特网干预可以有效地提高青少年的生殖健康知识水平。
Purpose To determine the effects of high mi ddle school students' learning sex and reproductive health knowledge by Internet . Methods Two high middle schools in a district of Shangh ai were selected as the research sites,one as the intervention and the other as the control.The intervention lasted for 10 months through the website (www.youth hood .com.cn) on the Internet and was for all grade one students in the intervention group.Totally,278 students from the intervention school and 350 from the control school enrolled. Results The total knowledge scores and the knowledge of reproduction,HIV/AIDS,STDs,contraception and condom were no significant differe nce between the intervention and control groups at baseline,but higher in the in tervention group than that in the control group at post-intervention.For most o f the questions on the above-mentioned knowledge in the questionnaire,the corre ct answer rates in the intervention group were significantly higher than those i n the control group.Multivariable logistic analysis indicated that after confo unding factors were adjusted,the intervention was still an important influencin g factor of the knowledge.Among all types of the knowledge,the intervention had the biggest effect on the knowledge of reproduction. Conclusions The Internet intervention education program increased students' reproductive health knowledge effectively.
