胃神经纤维瘤:1例报告及文献复习

Neurofibroma of the Stomach: Report of A Case and Review of the Literature

目的 探讨胃神经纤维瘤临床病理特点及鉴别诊断要点。方法 对1例胃神经纤维瘤进行临床资料、组织形态学、免疫组化分析,并复习相关文献。结果 本例为5 7岁女性,组织学特点:肿瘤由梭形细胞组成,波纹状排列,相互不规则交错,核分裂相未见。免疫组化显示:瘤细胞S 10 0蛋白弥漫阳性表达,不表达CK、SMA及DES ,Alcianblue染色阳性。结论 神经纤维瘤在胃肿瘤中罕见,其诊断主要依靠组织病理学和免疫组化标记。

Purpose To study the clinicopathological characteristics and differential diagnosis of neurofibroma of the stomach. Methods The clinical,pathologic and immunohistochemical features of a case of neurofibroma of the stomach was studied with literatures reviewing. Results The case was a 57-year-old female.Histologica l characteristic,the tumor consisted of spindled cells in wavy arrangement,which interwove each other irregularly.And the nuclei of the cells showed no mitotic feature. Immunohistochemically,the tumor cells were strongly positive for S-100 protein,but negative for CK,SMA and DES.Also,the tumor cells were positive for Alcian blue stain. Conclusions Neurofibroma of stomach is especially rare. The dia-gnosis of the tumor is mainly depended on histopathology and immunohist ochemistry.
