摘要 肿瘤瘤体内的微血管生成决定着肿瘤的许多生物学特性,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)作为最重要的促血管生成因子,其表达影响着肿瘤的微血管密度(MVD),反映肿瘤血流灌注和微血管分布的MR灌注成像的部分参数值与VEGF、MVD呈显著的相关性,预示可用于评价活体内肿瘤的MVD情况,为临床术前提供有价值的病理学和病理生理学信息。 Tumor microangiogenesis decides many characters of tumor, as the most important factor of angiogenesis, the expression of VEGF, effect MVD of tumor, show the significant association between tumor blood perfusion and microvascular distribution of part parameters of MR perfusion imaging and VEGF, MVD. The prediction is useful to evaluate the MVD of tumors in vivo and provide valuable information of pathology and physiopathology for clinic.
