摘要
通过对硅藻土、硅藻土和微细废旧轮胎胶粉复合改性沥青及沥青混合料进行的沥青技术性能试验、沥青混合料的马歇尔试验、高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、残留稳定度试验和冻融劈裂试验等一系列室内试验,发现采用硅藻土和微细废旧轮胎胶粉复合对国产沥青进行改性可使沥青及沥青混合料的高温性能得到明显的改善,且优于硅藻土改性沥青,将其应用于湖南省桃源县境内省道S306线沥青路面大修工程中,取得了高温稳定性好、低温抗裂性强、温度敏感性降低的良好效果。
A series of tests on diatomite, and diatomite and waste rubber co-modified asphalt binders and the mixtures were conducted, including binder property tests, mixture Marshall test, wheel tracking test at high temperature, bending test at low temperature, and water susceptibility test. Data from the tests show that the diatomite and waster rubber co-modification is superior to the diatomite modification, and can remarkably improve the high temperature properties of the binder and mixture. The co-modified binder and mixture was used in the rehabilitation of S306 Highway in Taoyuan, Hunan, with satisfactory results.
