分析了牡丹江市区重点水污染源监督监测现状,并指出在实施污染物排放总量控制过程中如何加强重点水污染源监督监测,要使监测数据具有代表性、准确性、完整性,水污染源采样是关键的环节。提出了对重点水污染源的监测方案和加强水污染监测切实可行的办法。

Present situation of monitor inspectability was analyzed for primary water pollution source of Modanjiang shi city area. Based on it, in implementation of total quantity control of polluant discharge, the key step how to strengthen monitor inspectability of primary sewage source is to obtain representative exact integrated sewage source samples and monitor data. Inspectability scheme and feasible way were put forwards.
