摘要
目的摸清唐山地区水源水中碘的分布情况,为碘缺乏病的防治提供基础资料和科学依据。方法以乡为基本单位,每个乡选取东、南、西、北、中5个地理方位的村,每个村采集1~5水样,采用砷-铈接触法测定水碘。结果唐山地区水碘范围在0.1~116.1μg/L,中位数8.0μg/L,其中在0.1~20.0μg/L的占94.2%;沿海地区水井深度与水含碘量无相关性(P>0.01)。结论唐山为碘缺乏地区,不存在局部高碘地域。
Objective To investigate iodine concentration in drinking water in Tangshan Area and to provide basic data for the prevention of iodine deficiency disorders in this area. Methods Each of the villages in the east, south, wes t, north and the middle of every township was selected in Tangshan magistracy ar ea, and 1 ~ 5 water samples were collected in each sampled village. Iodine conce ntration was determined by arsenic-ceruim contact methods. Results Iodine con centration was within the scope of 0.1 ~ 116.1 μg/L(the median was 8.0 μg/L), and 94.2% samples were within the scope of 0.1 ~ 20.0 μg/L. There was no signif icance between the iodine concentration in drinking water and the depth of well s in the coastal areas. Conclusions Tangshan is an area lacking iodine with n o local high-iodine regions.
