大叶黄杨带腋芽茎段组织培养研究 被引量:10

摘要 以大叶黄杨带腋芽茎段为材料,以MS和1/2MS为基本培养基,进行组织培养研究。结果表明:以pH值6.2的MS+6BA2.0mg/L为培养基,用浓度0.1%升汞溶液消毒大叶黄杨带腋芽茎段5min,其试管苗生长良好,成活率可达93%;生根培养基采用1/2MS+NAA1mg/L+0.5%活性炭,生根率可达95%。 Euonymus japonica us stem segment with axillary's bud was cultured with MS and 1/2MS medium in this experiment. The results showed that MS+6-BA 2.0?mg/L culture medium and taking antisepsis for stem segment with axillary's bud with 0.1%HgCl_2 five minutes were the best. And in the tube culture the plantlets grew rapidly. The survival rate of transplanting reached to 93% and the plantlets in tube was cultured in 1/2MS+NAA?1? mg/L +0.5% active carbon and the young shoot will reach to 95%.
