摘要 采用酶解的方法对大麦中β葡聚糖进行分离制备,β葡聚糖的提取率为2%。DNS法和考马斯亮蓝法检测提取品无还原糖和蛋白质。与标准的β葡聚糖进行比较,可作为底物对β葡聚糖酶活性测定。 The method of the preparation of β-glucan from barley was developed by enzyme treatment.The recovery of β-glucan separated reached 2%. Neither reducing sugar nor protein was determined by DNS and Bradford method respectively.There was no difference between β-glucan separated and Sigma's as substrate for determining the enzyme activity.
