郑州市主要蔬菜硝酸盐污染的调查研究

Investigation of Nitrate in Vegetables in Zhengzhou Area

对郑州市民日常食用的主要蔬菜的硝酸盐污染状况的调查表明:蔬菜硝酸盐污染普遍,其NO3-含量依次为叶菜类>根菜类>瓜类>甘蓝类>白菜类>茄果类>葱蒜类>豆类。提出了降低蔬菜硝酸盐污染的措施。

We studied the contents of nitrate in the vegetable in Zhengzhou area and found that the order of the content of nitrate in the vegetable was as follow:leaf vegetable >root vegetable>gourds> cabbage>peking cabbage>egg plant>beans.The measure of reducing the pollution of nitrate in the vegetable was presented on the base of current situation.
