目的:针灸治疗脑卒中的临床应用较普遍,针刺方法和优化方案,将有利于提高治疗效果。资料来源:归纳1996/2002年间在《中医医学文摘-中医》杂志上发表的针灸治疗脑卒中的文献摘要,并应用网络Http://172.16,o,200/CHDL中国医院数字图书馆,检阅期刊全文库2003/2004年间关于针灸治疗脑卒中方面的相关文献。检索词:脑卒中;针灸疗法。资料选择:选择关于针灸治疗脑卒中的研究与应用方面的相关文献76篇,排除非随机研究原著,未排除非盲法研究原著。资料提炼:在76篇文献中,内容呈不同程度重复的有33篇,给予删除;对43篇主要为治疗方法方面的文献进行分类整理。资料综合:脑卒中归属于中医学之“中风”,其病机为脏腑阴阳失调,气血逆乱,直冲犯脑,形成脑脉痹阻或血溢脉外。针灸能疏通经络,活血化瘀,调整阴阳,能改善脑卒中患者肢体功能障碍,失语语言不利、吞咽障碍等各种临床症状。针灸治疗脑卒中,目前普遍多用于缓解期和后遗症期。针灸治疗脑卒中包括头针、体针等治疗方法和药氧针刺法、针罐结合法等综合疗法,其疗效与穴位、手法、梗死部位等多种因素相关。结论:针灸作为一种有实用价值的治疗手段用于治疗脑卒中的常规技术,特别是在恢复期及后遗症期。

OBJECTIVE: The clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating stroke is widespread,and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and optimum program can improve the therapeutic efficacy.DATA SOURCES:The articles about acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in treating stroke published in Chinese Medicine Abstract Traditional Chinese Medicine from 1996 to 2002 were summatized.Meanwhile, using the key terms “ stroke, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy', we searched the Chinese journals full text database by using Http://172.16,o,200/ published from 2003 to 2004 for the relevant articles about acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in treating stroke.STUDY SELECTION: A total of 76 articles about the research and application of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in treating stroke were collected. Non randomized and non blind trials were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 33 duplicated articles were excluded. And the rest 43 articles were classified.DATA SYNTHESIS: Stroke pertained to apoplexy in terms of traditional Chinese medicine, which was caused by irregulation of yin and yang in zang and fu organs and disordered qi and blood flushing upward and invading the brain, this pathologic reaction often gave rise to embolism of cerebral vessels or sometimes cerebral hemorrhage.Acupuncture and moxibustion served the functions of dredging channels and collaterals, dissolving the stasis by activating the blood circulation,regulating yin and yang and improving the clinical symptoms in patients, such as the limbs disturbance, logagnosia, dysphgia, etc.Acupuncture and moxibustion was often recommended and adopted as a routine therapy to treat stroke during remission state and sequela state.Acupuncture and moxibustion in treating stroke included head acupuncture, body acupuncture, etc.,and complex therapy, such as, drug oxygen acupuncture, acupuncture and cupping glass, etc., and the effect was associated with acupuncture point, maneuver, infarct part, etc.CONCLUSION: Acupuncture and moxibustion, as a applied therapy, is often recommended and adopted as a routine therapy to treat stroke, especially during remission state and sequela state.
