摘要 目的:激光针灸是指应用激光对穴位进行照射的一种治疗方法,为了进一步促进激光针灸的临床应用,对其作用机制与信息模拟过程进行综合分析。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1980-01/2004-08的与激光针灸相关文献,检索词“LaserAcupuncture,mechanism”,并限定文献语种为英文。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1995-01/2004-08的激光针灸相关文献,检索词“激光针灸,机制”,并限定文献语种为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取激光针灸机制研究为主的文献,然后筛除应用激光针灸临床疗效观察与动物实验研究的文献,对剩余的文献开始查找全文。资料提炼:共收集到15篇激光针灸机制研究方面的资料,其中英文8篇,中文7篇,11个试验符合纳入标准,排除4篇为重复研究或综述。资料综合:激光针灸与传统针灸相比,具有对肌肤无创伤、不产生疼痛感、治疗参数可自主调节、适用范围广等特点,但其治疗参数如波长、治疗剂量、辐射深度、光束密度等缺乏客观的评价标准。激光针灸中的生物效应、能量调节、行针模拟、深度调节、调气和补与泻的手法,以及信号模拟和参数设置等问题都与临床应用和效果密切相关。结论:在激光针灸过程中,能够通过能量调节、深度调节、行针模拟、调气、补泻手法等方式,使激光针灸发挥更理想的治疗效应。 OBJECTIVE:Laser acupuncture is defined as the stimulation of traditional acupuncture points with laser irradiation.We analyzed the mechanism and information modeling of laser acupuncture in order to get better curative effect in clinic.DATA SOURCES:Using the key terms “ Laser Acupuncture,mechanism',we searched the MEDLINE database for the relevant articles about laser acupuncture published from January 1980 to August 2004 in English.Meanwhile,using the same key terms in Chinese,we searched the Chinese journals full text database published from January 1995 to August 2004.STUDY SELECTION:All articles were selected firstly,those were relevant to the mechanism of laser acupuncture were selected.The researches on experimental and clinical therapeutic effect of laser acupuncture were excluded,and the rest full text was looked up.DATA EXTRACTION:Totally 15 articles(8 English and 7 Chinese) related to the mechanism of laser acupuncture were collected,and 4 duplicated or summarizations were excluded..DATA SYNTHESIS:As compared with traditional acupuncture,the therapy of laser acupuncture had the characters of no trauma for skin,no pain,adjustable therapeutic parameter,wildly used,etc.But objective evaluation was absence on treatment parameters,such as wavelength,irradiance,depth of laser energy transmission and beam profile.The biological effect,regulation of energy,simulation of needle transmission,regulation of depth,regulation of qi,reinforcing and reducing techniques,information modeling and the paramete settings of laser acupuncture were relevant to clinical application and effect.CONCLUSION:Laser acupuncture can get better curative effect by the basic problem of regulation of energy,regulation of depth,simulation of needle transmission,regulation of qi,and reinforcing and reducing techniques of laser acupuncture.
