摘要 目的:近年来微波治疗技术和微波物理学治疗效应的研究进展颇多。微波产生的热效应,经络疏通和穴位刺激作用,微波辐射效应及其热凝固效应使之广泛应用于许多临床疾病的治疗过程。资料来源:应用计算机检索维普数据库1994-01/2004-10期间的相关文章,检索词“微波,治疗”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取试验包括治疗组和对照组的文献,然后筛除明显不随机临床试验的研究,对剩余的文献开始查找全文,选择随机对照试验。纳入标准:①无论是否为单盲、双盲或非盲法。②试验包含平行对照组,该组未用微波进行治疗性干预。③治疗组用微波进行治疗性干预。排除标准:①未设随机对照组。②病变的急性期与慢性期并存。③对照组与治疗组的干预方法存在两种以上差异。资料提炼:共收集38篇关于微波治疗的随机对照试验,25个试验符合纳入标准。排除的13篇试验中,11篇因系重复的同一研究,2篇为Meta分析研究。资料综合:25个试验包括3586例患者,分别对应用微波治疗与相应的对照组治疗效果进行评价:①非致热性低强度微波辐射具有杀菌和促进组织修复作用。②利用温热效应的非介入性治疗可促进局部血液循环,对良性前列腺增生症疗效较好。③热凝固效应可用于体内肿瘤的切除,是目前微创技术的重要组成部分。? OBJECTIVE: Recently,there are many researches on the effect of microwave treatment technic and microwave physical therapy.The heat effect, dredging meridian, stimulation in acupuncture point, microwave radiation, and thermocoagulation due to microwave promote the application of microwave therapy in clinic.DATA SOURCES:Using the key terms “ microwave, therapy', we searched the Weipu database for the relevant articles published from January 1994 to October 2004 in Chinese.STUDY SELECTION:All articles were selected firstly,and those containing treatment group and control group were selected. The non randomized controlled trials were excluded, and the rest full text was looked up to judge randomized controlled trials. The inclusion criteria: ① whatever single blind, double blind or non blind; ② the trials containing parallel control group without microwave therapy;③ the treatment group treated with microwave therapy.The excluded criteria: ① non randomized controlled trials; ② acute and chronic periods of lesion indicated together; ③ more than two differences in therapy between control group and treatment group.DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 38 articles were collected, which were randomized controlled trials related to microwave therapy. A total of 25 articles met the inclusion criteria. Among 13 excluded articles, 11 were duplicated studies and 2 were Meta analysis. DATA SYNTHESIS: Totally 3 586 patients were included in the 25 articles. The effects of microwave therapy and therapy in control group were evaluated: ① non pyretogenic and low intensity microwave radiation could kill bacteria and promote tissue repair; ② non intrusive therapy using heat effect could promote local blood circulation and improve the benign prostatic hyperplasia; ③ thermocoagulation could be used in resecting the tumor in vivo, and was an important part of mini invasive technic; ④ mini invasive acupuncture and moxibustion could be used in treating periarthritis of shoulder and degenerative osteoarthritis with good effect.CONCLUSION: Microwave therapy is a convenient, safe, effective and widely used method with good target and few side effects.It can significantly improve the urinary disturbance and joint motion disturbance, as well as acute and chronic pain.
