摘要
教师与行政人员的关系是大学治理研究中的重要问题。教师和行政人员之间的职业文化差异成为他们在决策时追求共同利益的障碍。社会资本的引入提供了新的分析视角。参与网络、组织信任是大学治理中重要的社会资本。中国大学要加速教师参与决策的制度化,从而增加治理中的社会资本。
The faculty-administrator relationship is the main point of the university governance research. The professional orientation of faculty and administrator stemming from different cultures presents a significant obstacle to decision making in the common interest. Social capital is a new theoretical concept to solve this problem. Participation network and interpersonal trust are the most important kinds of social capital in the university governance. China universities should promote the institutionalization of the decision-making participation of faculty, so as to increase the social capital in governance.
