摘要
城邦制是希腊人为适应生存环境而作出的制度创新,而城邦“母邦”与其分裂繁殖形成的城邦群之间的经济链关系,充分体现了城邦制度的多元化和多样性。从独立学院产生和成长的价值选择角度看,实现优质高等教育资源的不断扩大成为大学新的使命,同时也给自身带来教育经费的补充,如果把母体高校比作城邦的话,独立学院则具有了城邦群的实际意义了。正因为如此,独立学院要真正走上持续发展的道路,还必须在与母体高校合作中成为独立的民办机制实体,在市场竞争中处理好危机与发展等诸多现实问题。
The city state system is an innovation that Greeks made for adapting to the living environment.And the economic chain relationship between 'the city state groups' and the 'parent', has fully reflected the pluralism and variety of the system of city state. Consider from the point of value choice of the production and growth of the independent institute, it has become the new mission of the university make a full use of the high-quality resources of higher education constantly and add to iteducation funds at the same time.If we can compare parent university to the city state,independent institutes can be taken as city state groups.Just because of this,the independent institute has be become the independent non-governmental mechanism entity in cooperating with parent's university in order to ensure its continual and healthy development.It is supposed to handle the crisis and a great many other realistic problems in the market competition.
