大学生公民意识培养的重要性和必要性

The Importance and Necessity of Developing Students' Citizenship Awareness

公民意识是公民的主人翁责任感、使命感和集体主义理念融为一体而形成的一种自我意识。大学生肩负着社会主义现代化建设的历史重任,培养大学生公民意识,具有重要的现实意义和突出的紧迫感,有利于大学生克服市场经济产生的负面效应和社会丑恶现象的消极影响,成为既有科学文化知识又有社会责任感的公民。但是,长期以来,我国大学德育没有以培养公民意识为目标,因此,应建立以大学生公民意识的培养为立足点的大学德育体系。

Citizenship awareness is a kind of self-awareness which is formed by the sense of responsibility and mission and the collective concepts. College students shoulder the great responsibility for building the socialist modernization and thus it is of practical significance and of urgent need to develop college students' citizenship. The development of social citizenship contributes a lot to overcoming the negative influence of marketing economy and social evils and therefore they will become socialist citizen full of responsibility.
