高新技术产业区位研究进展综述

Review of Research on Location and Spatial Development of High-Tech Industr

高新技术产业是知识经济的主导产业,具有对知识和技术创新高度依赖、产品生命周期短暂、边际效率递增等特点,表现出与传统产业不同的区位要求和空间逻辑。为了更深入地认识高新技术产业的区位和空间特性,该文对高新技术产业的区位理论基础、产业区位影响因素等方面的国内外研究进展进行综述,分析已往研究存在的不足,探讨今后高新技术产业区位研究应注意的问题。

High technology (high-tech) industries have special characteristics such as relying on knowledge and technology innovation more heavily,and having short product-life-cycle,etc.Therefore,they may have different location rules comparing with traditional industries.To understand their location decision logic and spatial development pattern,this article reviews the domestic and abroad researches about the location theories and hot-debated location influencing factors of high-tech industries including the accessibility of knowledge and technology,good innovation environment,eminent physical environment and self-contained facility,and finds some limitations of the past studies such as the research object and regional confine are too broad-based.Based on the above analysis,this article points out that it is necessary to fractionize the internal trades of high-tech industry and explore their location rules individually,and it is necessary to study the interaction between high-tech industries and local research institutions.
