摘要
利用差示扫描量热法测试了PET、PET/粘土纳米复合材料、增粘PET/粘土纳米复合材料在退火的热历史条件下的一些结晶行为,对其冷结晶峰、熔融温度分别进行对比,结果表明:PET/粘土纳米复合材料的冷结晶温度高低顺序为:PET/粘土纳米复合材料<增粘PET/粘土纳米复合材料<PET;PET、PET/粘土纳米复合材料、增粘PET/粘土纳米复合材料相同条件下升温时,其熔融温度大小顺序为:PET/粘土纳米复合材料<增粘PET/粘土纳米复合材料<PET。这表明粘土纳米片层在PET中的分散,使PET结晶倾向变大,结晶变得容易,但结晶完善程度变差。
The crystallization of the PET,PET/Clay nanocomposites and viscous PET/Clay nanocomposites were measured by DSC and the crystallization peaks during the heating temperature and the supercooling and the possible temperature range of crystallization were compared. The results was that the span of supercooling is PET/clay nano-composite<viscous PET/clay nano-composite<PET, the sequence of temperature range for crystallizability has the opposite sequence. This shows that the clay layers make crystallizability of PET easier and the increasing of viscosity make crystallizability of PET more difficult.
