运输包装仿真系统的应用研究

Application Research of Transportation Package Simulation System

研究了运输包装设计的基本理论,建立了运输包装系统的动力学模型;在对微分方程进行Laplace变换的基础上,运用MATLAB/Simulink动态仿真工具建立了其仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析;开发了运输包装系统计算机仿真软件,只要输入或选择缓冲材料、流通特性及产品尺寸和重量等参数,便可仿真出运输包装设计方案。

The basic theory of transportation package design were studied, and transportation package dynamic models were established. By using the Laplace transform and MATLAB/Simulink, the simulation model of the differential equation were established, and the simulation analysis were done. The computer simulation software of transportation package system were developed, by input or choice the parameter of cushion material,circulating characteristic, product dimension and weight, then the project of transportation package design can be simulated.
