摘要 针对传统串行式开环包装机械的设计模式所存在的产品生命周期各环节相互独立、顺序作业、缺乏必要、及时的信息交流和反馈、开发周期长的问题,提出了包装机械开发中应用并行式闭环绿色设计方法,对于优化包装机械设计、缩短开发周期、提高质量、降低成本,以及增强包装机械寿命周期全过程的“绿色度”均有着极其重要的现实意义。 A parallel closedloop green design technology was proposed to use in the development of packing machinery to overcome the shortcomings existing in the traditional series design mode of packing machinery, in which the every design procedure during the machine lifespan is independent, the design is in sequence and is lack of necessary information exchange and feedback resulting in long design cycle. The technology proposed was beneficial to optimize the packing machinery design, shorten the development cycle, improve the quality, reduce the cost and raise the 'green degree' during the overall design procedure of packing machinery.
