广东省鼠疫静息期鼠形动物耶尔森氏菌调查

Survey on Rodent and S.murinus Yersinia of Plague Static Phase in Guangdong

目的查明广东省鼠疫静息期鼠形动物3种致病性耶尔森氏菌感染情况。方法鼠血清56℃30min灭活供试,取肝、脾压印和增菌3周后分离培养;取舌、回盲部内容物放入PBS缓冲液中在4℃增菌3周经KOH溶液处理后涂布IN培养基28℃24h,挑取可疑菌落鉴定。结果未检出鼠疫菌和假结核菌。检出小肠结肠炎菌2株,中间型耶尔森氏菌1株。结论广东省鼠疫处于静息期。

Objective To ascertain the infection of 3 pathogenic yersinias of rodent and S.murinu murinus yersinia of plague static phase in Guangdong.Methods The rats' sera(56 ℃,30 min)for testing. The liver and spleen were impressed and yolk broths were brought up. The tongue and the contents of ileocecal part in PBS solution were propagated (4 ℃)for 3 weeks and the above propagated bacteria treated were smeared on IN culture media(28 ℃,24 hrs)after treatment of KOH solution and the idenfication of suspicious colonies was made. Results Yersinia pestis and Yersinia Pseudotubercolosis were not detected and 2 strains of Y.enterocolitica and 1 strain of intermediate type Yersinia were detected separately. Conclusions Plague focus's pestis was on its Stistic phase in Guangdong.
