摘要
医院医疗耗材使用 ,随着就医病员尤其是手术病人的增加是必然的。它带动了医院治疗水平提高 ,医院效益规模的发展 ,同时也导致了医院的开支的急速增加 ,尤其是不适当的、盲目的使用高值耗材给病人 ,带来了极大的经济负担 ,使医院经济效益下降 ,单位投入的效益增长率下降。本文就医院耗材使用状况进行分析 ,提出了降低消耗性材料成本增加的措施 ,对医院经济管理运行效益提高作了有益探讨。
It is inevitable for the use of iatric consumptive material in hospital to increase along with the increase of the surgery patient's amount.The increase bring along both the elevation of therapy level and the development of the benˉefit in hospital,at the same time the increase bring on the express augment of expenditure in hospital.Especially using high value consumptive material improperly and blindly,which will bring huge economic burden and make fall of the increase rate of payout in hospital.In this paper we analyze the using status of iatric consumptive material in hospital,then bring forward the measure to play down the increase of cost on consumptive material,at last we make discussion of how to enhance the benefit of economic management in hospital.
