摘要
试验对转双抗虫基因741杨在不同月份嫩枝扦插的假植苗的生长指标、水分状况、营养状况、原生质膜透性等方面进行了比较分析。结果表明,5月份扦插的苗木生长最快,但苗木分化较大,苗高变异系数达到33 17%,基茎变异系数达到40 04%。随着时间推移,苗木生长量降低,但变异系数减小,苗木生长也变得较为整齐。在自然状态下,不同月份扦插的苗木保水能力存在差异,扦插越早的苗木保水能力越强,越冬受低温伤害越轻。不同月份扦插的苗木失水后恢复生长能力也存在差异,5月份苗木质量较好,在失水5d后仍具活力。
In this paper, growth index,water regime,nutrition status and penetration of the bioplasm film of cuttage stock of Transgenic Hybrid Poplar741 Carrying Two Insect-resistant Genes have been studied.The result indicates, the nursery stock of cuttage grows fastest in May, but the nursery stock splits up greater, the stock height coefficient of variation is up to 33.17%, the coefficient of variation of the base stem is up to 40.04%. As time passes, the growing amount of the nursery stock is reduced, but the coefficient of variation decreases, the nursery stock becomes comparatively neat too. Under natural state, nursery stock of cuttage's water-reserving ability vary in different month, early nursery stock has strong water-reserving capacity and easy to survive the winter. Nursery stocks of cuttage growth rate is different when cultivated in different month. The quality of the nursery stock is better in May,the nursery stock still has vigor after desiccating for 5 days in May.
