玉米抗粗缩病接种鉴定方法研究初报 被引量:23

摘要 通过带毒灰飞虱在玉米幼苗上传毒接种玉米粗缩病毒试验表明,1头带毒灰飞虱即可传毒使玉米发病,具有较高的传毒效果,接虫3d后灰飞虱的存活率为20 0%~63 6%。网箱集团接种试验表明,每网箱(70cm×60cm×50cm)放200头(1 7头株)灰飞虱接种100~130株玉米幼苗,3d后移虫,4叶期将玉米移栽到田间,抽雄孕穗期调查玉米粗缩病的发病率为92 31%~100%,病情指数为70 65%~98 03%。因此,网箱集团接种结合移栽可实现规模化大批量的人工接种,为抗玉米粗缩病鉴定奠定了基础。 The experiments were carried out to inoculate MRDV (maize rough dwarf virus) to the maize seedlings with viruliferous planthoppers (Laodelphax striatellus). The results showed that about 20.0%~63.6% of the vectors survived after inoculation 3 days and it was so efficient that when the vector transmits MRDV, even a single planthopper was enough to infect. The group inoculation was tested in the isolated box (70 cm×60 cm×50 cm). It showed that disease incidence was 92.31%~100% and the index was 70.65%~98.03% when inoculating 100~130 plants with 200 viruliferous planthoppers per box. This method is meant for inoculating maize seedlings in box then transplanting the seedlings to the field for investigating the incidence so that it is useful to identify the maize resistance to maize rough dwarf virus in large scale.
