湖州利用外资的实证分析

A Statistical Analysis of the Foreign Investment in Huzhou

资金作为一种重要的生产要素,在国民经济中的作用是不言而喻的。实证分析表明,外资的利用对湖州的经济增长、固定资产投资、进出口贸易等方面做出了积极的贡献。但是湖州在利用外资的过程中仍存在一些问题。因此,湖州在一如既往地利用外资的同时,还应注意优化投资软环境,提高外资利用水平,积极引导外资投向不同的产业,提高外资的引进质量。

As an important factor of production, capital plays a vital role in national economy. Statistical analysis shows that foreign investment can make great contribution to the growth of Huzhou’s economy, the fixed assets and the import and export volume. But some problems still exist in Huzhou’s foreign investment. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the investment environment, to make full use of the foreign capital, and to improve the quality of foreign capital by actively guiding foreign investors to invest different industries.
