The worldwide tide has impacted every corner of the earth, and higher education is certainly not an exception. The development of IT and the wide application of Internet are changing our production means, life style, the way to study and the contact with each other as well as methods of education. The informational education, which sets new requests to the educator, has its prominent characteristic and rich connotation.
