根管内钛钉在前牙根折中的应用

Long-term Observation of Clinical Effect of Incisor Root Fracture by Endodontic Stabilizers with Titanium Alloy Pin

目的:观察国产根管内钛钉治疗前牙根折的远期效果。方法:对36例切牙根折用钛钉行根管内固定,1例前磨牙残根、2例切牙根折行根骨内种植术,并长期追踪观察。结果:36例行根管内固定后观察3～9年:3年成功率根中1/3折为94.11% (16/17) ,儿童冠根折为100% (14/14) ,颈1/3折为50% (2/4) ,2例钛钉折断,根尖1/3折1例失访;3例行根骨内种植术:1例前磨牙残根的三年效果、1例根中1/3折的两年效果稳定,1例根中1/3折术后半年出现瘘管。结论:国产根管内钛钉治疗切牙根中1/3折、儿童切牙冠根折的远期疗效肯定;治疗颈1/3折容易发生钛钉折断。

Objective:To observe the long-term clinical effect of incisor root fracture by endodontic stabilizers with titaniumalloy pin made in china.Methods:38cases with root fracture,nineteen of all were fracture of the mid-dle third;fourteen were fracture of the root-crown;four were fracture of the cervical third,and one was frac-ture of apical third,another case was premolar residual root.Each of all was treated by endodontic stabilizers with titanium alloy pin,and long-term observation of clinical effect was traced.Results:36cases were ob-served in3to9years.The three years sucessful ratio of all,fracture of the middle third was94.11%;the chil-dren root-crown fracture was100%;the cervical third fracture was50%;The case who suffered from the api-cal third fracture didn't revisit.Two of the three cases with endodontic endosseous implantation were success in two years,one failed.Conclusion:It is sure and stability that the long-term clinical effect of the middle third fracture and the children root-crown fracture by endodontic stabilizers with titanium alloy pin made in china;while the cervical third fracture is poor.
