摘要 目的:观察肥胖者与正常体重者的静息代谢率,以探讨安静休息时代谢水平对肥胖发生的影响,并为减肥方法提供依据。方法:用代谢当量测定系统分别测定48例肥胖者和76例正常体重者在清晨空腹安静卧位时的耗氧量,计算静息代谢率,并对两组结果进行比较。结果:经体重校正,肥胖组静息代谢率明显低于正常体重组(P<0.05)。结论:静息代谢水平低可能是造成部分人肥胖的原因之一。 Objective: To study the character of energy expenditure in obesity, to measure the resting metabolic rate (RMR) in obese and nonobese Chinese.Method:The participants were healthy adult with age over 30y. They were divided into obese group and nonobese group according to their body mass index (BMI).Forty-eight obese persons (22M/26F,51±11y,85±12Kg) and seventy-six nonobese persons (36M/40F,54±13y,57±6Kg)were examined. Portable Metabolic Testsystem (METAMAX CORTEX) was used to record oxygen consumption of every participant at rest.RMR was calculated based on the amount of oxygen consumption.Result:There was no significant difference between two groups in age(t=-1.315,P=0.191) and height(t=-0.275,P=0.784). The obese group had significant higher RMR compared to the nonobese group(t=5.136,P=0.000). After weight adjusted, the RMR in the obese group was significant lower(t=-9.109,P=0.000).Conclusion:Low basic energy expenditure may be one of the causes for the obese people.Some obese people may need metabolic irritant to obtain weight loss and weight control.
